In this measurement report, the µCMM measuring instrument with the Advanced Real3D Unit is used to measure the shape and position of injection microholes. The new Vertical Focus Probing technology enables the measurement of vertical walls and micro holes directly, without rotating the sample during the measurement process. This significantly shortens the measurement time.
