We are currently looking for a new Head of Global Service & Support (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities
- Management and development of an international service and support team of over ten people (Austria, Germany, France, China, USA)
- Allocation and monitoring of four-digit international service and support cases using a ticket system on site, by telephone or email
- Ensuring repairs, servicing, adjustments, and calibrations of measuring systems at the customer's site
- Acting as the interface between customer service and internal departments for the design of new products and services
- Ensuring professional, solution-oriented, and empathetic customer communication both in field service and in the call center
- Monitoring KPIs and creating reports for division management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in terms of cost-benefit analysis
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, etc.)
- Several years of experience in the field of measurement technology or mechanical engineering (maintenance, servicing, repair, calibration, etc.)
- Several years of know-how in the service and support of measuring instruments is advantageous
- Experience in team leadership and coordination of international assignments
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with CRM software
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
- Very good English and German skills are required
- Supportive personality interested in people and technology, who works respectfully, honestly, and efficiently
- Hands-on mentality

The minimum salary under the collective agreement is €3,843 gross/month (38.5 hours/week), with an explicit willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and interview.
