We develop, produce, and distribute optical 3D measurement technology worldwide. To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a Service Engineer  (m/f/d) for the next available position.

You have completed a technical education and possess a very good understanding of technology? You enjoy being on the road to work with our customers in Germany? Independence and reliability characterize you? Then we have the right tasks for you!


YOUR TASKS

  • Timely repair, servicing, and calibration of measuring systems at the customer's site
  • Independently and responsibly analyze and resolve customer issues, determine the necessary spare parts, and collaborate closely with all departments within our company
  • Collaborate with our dynamic and highly motivated service team
  • Create and review support documents to present a united front when interacting with customers

MUST HAVES

  • Knowledge and/or experience in the field of metrology, service/support, field service, or a strong identification with these tasks
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and MS Office, experience with Salesforce is advantageous
  • Strong service and customer orientation with a passion for technical problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to tackle and solve complex technical tasks
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 80%), company vehicle provided for business and private use, business trips are centrally organized for you
  • Occasional international business trips
  • Class B driver's license including driving experience
