Measurement of locking plates

This measurement report of a locking plate has the following measurement tasks: 

• measurement of the position and orientation of holes
• distances between holes
• outer dimensions of the plate
• rounded edges and smooth surfaces
• dimension of countersinks
• 3D form deviation by CAD comparison

For these measurements, the optical coordinate measuring machine µCMM with the operator software MetMaX is used. MetMaX enables a comfortable and smart working directly with the CAD file.
