YOUR TASKS

• Level customer support and troubleshooting by phone and email, after a sufficient training period 2nd level
• In-depth analysis of faulty or maintenance-required measuring systems and determination of corrective measures in cooperation with other departments
• Preparation and transmission of precise and detailed reports on all work activities
• Preparation of evaluations to improve ongoing customer support
• Participation in company training courses during the induction phase and, if necessary, for new products and product changes in the respective area of activity to expand your own skills and abilities

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, etc.)
• Initial experience in the field of measurement technology or mechanical engineering (support, maintenance, servicing, repair, calibration, etc.)
• Know-how in the service and support of measuring instruments is advantageous
• Technical understanding and basic understanding of technical software (own software in use)
• Confident use of MS Office and experience with CRM software
• Very good English and German skills are required
• Supportive personality interested in people and technology who works respectfully, honestly, and efficiently
• Hands-on mentality

The minimum salary under the collective agreement is €3,175 gross/month (38.5 hours/week), with an explicit willingness to pay above this depending on qualifications and experience. We would be happy to discuss the details with you in a personal interview.
