Bruker Alicona is part of the Bruker family of companies, providers of high-performance metrology solutions for science and industry. We develop, manufacture and distribute optical 3D metrology worldwide. To strengthen our Operations team in Graz, we are looking for an Export Agent (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Take on a key role in our company and manage cross-location logistics and export processes starting immediately as an Export Agent (m/f/d) in a full-time position for our Graz or Berlin office.


YOUR TASKS

  • Responsibility for the timely and successful management of our global shipping orders
  • Independently organizing and handling international export and import processes in compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
  • Preparing and managing all customs and shipping documents for global goods traffic
  • Planning, coordinating, and ensuring deliveries for trade shows and events around the globe
  • Carefully maintaining and managing relevant data and documentation to support audits, financial reviews, and customs inspections


WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Completed business apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in logistics
  • Completed export training (e.g., export course) is a plus
  • Ability to handle stress well and work independently
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office (primarily Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to work well in a team

  • The minimum salary under the collective bargaining agreement in Austria is €2,547 gross per month (38.5 hours per week), with an explicit willingness to pay above this amount depending on qualifications and experience. We’d be happy to discuss the details with you in a personal interview.
