We are currently seeking a dedicated individual with a completed or ongoing degree in English or teacher education to support our employees in their language development as English Trainer (m/f/d)

with a focus on group training and availability from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM between Tuesday and Thursday on a contract basis.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and conducting regular English training sessions for employees
• Two proficiency levels:
• Basic Group – basic grammar & communication
• Middle Group – practical consolidation & everyday/business English
• Promoting the active use of the English language through exercises, role-plays, and coaching
• Continuously improving participants’ specific language skills and addressing specific questions
• Creating short training materials for review between sessions

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Training or studies in English (ideally a teaching degree)
• Enjoyment of teaching, motivating, and coaching
• Structured, friendly, and clear communication
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• Interest in technical topics and the company’s products

The position is offered on a contract-for-service basis, with the timeframe and detailed tasks to be mutually agreed upon.
