We are currently seeking a maternity leave replacement for two years as a Global Sales Operations Associate (part-time, 28 to 34 hours per week)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the international sales managers of the global sales network
• Initial receipt, processing, and follow-up of customer inquiries
• Direct sales of accessories, training days, and service contracts
• International quotation preparation and tracking, as well as order creation
• Order processing and verification in SAP
• Creation and verification of customer master data and products
• Document preparation for international tenders
   

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed commercial training or commercial experience, preferably in a technical field
• Proficiency in MS Office required
• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is a plus
• Business-fluent English and excellent German skills; additional languages are a plus
• Quick learner with an independent and solution-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player with flexibility

The minimum salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €3,267 gross/month (38.5 hours/week), with a willingness to pay above this depending on qualifications and experience.
