Our service for you in times of Covid-19
We have adapted to current circumstances and are still available for your needs!
Of course, we have as well fulfilled our responsibility towards you as a customer and business partner and towards the Bruker Alicona team. Most of us work from home offices, whereas at our headquarters in Austria we have switched to shift operation with changing teams. This ensures operating and service ability of our production facility and metrology center, and, at the same time, meets all health measures for the protection of our team.
For you as a customer and partner this means:
- The entire team is available as usual.
- We still deliver systems, orders are processed.
- The worldwide Customer Care team is also available for support and questions regarding your measuring task, spare parts are available as well.
- Demos are being conducted! Take the opportunity for a web demo, our Metrology Lounge is in operation, all systems are available for display. Contact your sales representative or reach out to sales.alicona(at)bruker.com, we will be happy to coordinate all necessary steps with you.
Typically, we present our innovations at Control show in spring. Control is cancelled this year, however, not the presentation of our new products and developments. We would be pleased to invite you to our webinar on April, 23rd from our Metrology Lounge, which we will turn into a virtual trade show booth on this day.
