Novelties at Control 2010
The IF Portable…
is lightweight, roust, mobile, fast and quite cost effective usable. The system is developed for mobile usage instead of a permanently installed solution. A mobile and flexible measurement station which is can be used wherever it is needed.

The IF EdgeMaster…
is a system for fully automated measurements of form, rounded edges and chipping along the edge of inserts in production. Clearance, wedge and chipping angle, chipping, positive and negative bevel as well as basket arch are measured.
A real „production professional“:
A real „production professional“:

- Measures every edge in high resolution
- measures across large vertical scan ranges
- is insensitive against ambient light
- is usable for various forms and size of inserts
- measurements are done in approx. 20 seconds

InfiniteFocus Real 3D…
now shows the reality from all directions.
As often said, one of the biggest advantages of optical measurement technique is the depicted reality. To see a surface as it really is opens completely new opportunities evaluations for manufacturers. Nevertheless, up to now the metrological recording of a surface in 3D was restricted to the aspect of topography. The surface is measured and visualized from every point of view. A rotation unit which rotates drills, milling cutters and other rotation symmetric components around 360° allows the complete form measurement for the first time.
