InfiniteFocus Real 3D

In only one measurement, Real 3D captures the complete structure of a cutting tools´surface. Also, geometries such as relief grinding or the concentricity tolerance of e.g. drills can be measured. Form analyis enables the fitting of complex geometries such as cylinders, cones, spheres, and levels whereas contour measurement is achieved via fitting of primitives such as circles, lines, angles etc. see more

InfiniteFocus^Robot

Measure form, roughness and geometry upon large components, such as engine blocks or aircraft turbines. InfiniteFocus^Robot combines the flexible positioning of a 6-axis robot with the measurement capability of an inline capable optical sensor. Complex topographies with steep flanks and strongly varying reflective properties are repeatable measured, reaching a vertical resolution of up to 10nm. see more
