Accurate alignment and adjustment of rotational position of sintered components
For further processing sintered components need to have a certain predefined rotational position. Alicona Imaging has developed a sophisticated and flexible test bench to test if the sintered component is aligned correctly and, if necessary, to adjust it.
The inspection system covers all the diameters of the sintered parts with diameters between 40mm and 200mm and can be easily adjusted to accept alternative product types.
State of the art camera systems and modern, innovative algorithms guarantee the accurate identification and alignment of the features. The detection of color attributes allows the additional identification of whether the sintered component is hardened or not.
